Biography
Johnathon Lakins, Ph.D. received his doctorate at University of Ottawa in Ontario, Canada, and moved to Pennslyvania in 1999. He joined the Dr. Weaver's lab as a postdoctoral fellow and moved to UCSF with the lab in 2006, where he is currently a specialist and the lab manager. Dr. Lakins assists on many projects in the lab, mainly studying mechanical forces on early embryonic development.
